We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a leading provider of heavy haulage equipment for commercial and industrial workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be joining an industry leader that continues to dominate their sector.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth whilst collaborating with the various departments to ensure cohesive branding and effective communication across all channels.
Duties include: Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the company objectives Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain market competitiveness Develop, manage and analyse marketing campaigns ensuring they meet ROI projections Assist in the development of an e-commerce platform to facilitate smaller transactional sales Manage and support a remote marketing team on a day-to-day basis Drive and participate in Trade shows and other events Plan and oversee all advertising, promotional activities in line with corporate branding Ensure the brand profile is promoted and adhered to regarding all media and marketing collateral Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources to meet company objectives Coach, mentor and develop the marketing teams skills Build strong relationships with third party providers To be successful in the role you will have a can do – self motivated attitude.
Previous experience with Hubspot or Salesforce and digital marketing tools and techniques including Google analytics, SEO optimisation and use of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva will be highly regarded.
