Currently we are looking a full time marketing coordinator at our Brisbane Institute.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to oversee and implement marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and drive student enrolment. This role is crucial in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and supporting our overall marketing strategy. Based at our Brisbane office and directly reporting to the CEO
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research for the company's business and professional course offerings. Identify trends, funding opportunities, and challenges in the domestic market.
Providing advice on strategies related to promotion, product development, and marketplace to increase student enrolments and offer new in-demand courses.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing ideas obtained through market research.
Identifying market opportunities by conducting comprehensive market research.
Analysing primary and secondary data to develop marketing strategies and plans.
Manage the college's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
Maximising student enrolments through the design, implementation, and evaluation of marketing policies and programs.
Ensuring the strategies and all promotional material are compliant with ASQA standards and state departments.
Manage all aspects of social media – Instagram, Facebook, and website ensuring ongoing digital content promoting the company's business and professional course offerings.
Working with online digital content creators to create content for the company's brand and course offerings.
Managing marketing budgets for Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
Manage and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and enrolment strategies.
Developing advertising strategies and campaigns to support growth in student enrolments.
Key Requirements
A minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
