Career Opportunities Marketing Assistant Job no: 513340 Work type: Full Time Location: Brisbane Categories: Marketing & Communications What we're looking for:This position is responsible for providing administration support in an efficient and timely manner for all activities completed by Affinity's marketing department.The role:You will be responsible for:- Planning ahead to ensure centre marketing requirements including merchandise is available for all key campaigns, rebrands, greenfield site launches, special days and events when required.Taking responsibility for posting quality content across all centre individual Facebook pages via Hootsuite.Managing bi-annual branding and merchandise orders for CSO and centre requirements, and all enquiries from centres in between orders.Managing centre Google My Business account access nationally.Communicating daily with our Centre Managers as required to support their social media activity and engagement and instructing them to follow all marketing or communication Promapp Processes.Assisting with the department presentation slides for the weekly Affinity Completely Connected Centre Support Calls as required.Schedule meetings, booking rooms and travel options for the team as required. About you: Qualifications in Marketing and/or Administration would be desirable.Minimum of one year experience working in a Marketing environment.Excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills.High-level computer literacy and application of Microsoft Office products.Ability to manage several projects at one time.Flexibility and willingness to adapt within a constantly changing work environment.
