We are seeking a dedicated marketing professional to join our team—someone who is adaptable and eager to grow with us.
As we aim to expand our reach among corporate and leisure guests, your expertise will be crucial in helping us achieve our goals.
The Role Sales and Marketing Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Optimize all digital channels including but not limited to email marketing, SEO, online and internal partner channels, website and overall lever channels. Content creation and animation of social accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Product Development to enhance the overall experience of potential guests. Maintain updated content on OTA's and exploring new OTA platforms. Analyse media campaigns and rollout promotions to ensure optimum revenues are exceeded. Build rapport with team members as well as influencers, content producers, and local partnerships. Attending local social events to promote the Brand and products. Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant degree or previous hotel or tourism sector experience is preferred. Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and pay-per-click advertising. Strong creative skills to create visually appealing and compelling content for marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting marketing messages and collaborating with team members. Job Type: Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
