The Queensland Revenue Office is seeking applications to fill multiple AO8 Manager roles in Brisbane.In this role, you will lead and manage a number of team leaders and be responsible for providing advice to senior management regarding divisional activities. You will have a primary role in developing business and system improvements, ensuring staff are skilled and capable, and managing service delivery for the division.You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders and operate with independence, autonomy, and co-operation in leading activities to meet client/stakeholder needs.
Based in our convenient and modern Brisbane CBD office, you will report to a Director and be part of a dynamic leadership team focused on improving client experience, looking after our people, improving our processes and systems and finding new ways of delivering our services.
