Your new role Reporting through to the FX Group Finance Manager, and, the General Manager (FX Stores), your primary duties and responsibilities will include (amongst others):
The development, implementation, and maintenance of administration procedures across our national company store network. The management of an outsourced team undertaking bookkeeping and processing for our stores.The preparation and provision of monthly management reporting (financial and KPI) to company store GM'S.The preparation and provision of consolidated monthly reporting for the Board of Directors.The overall management of company store cash flow.The overall maintenance and control of store debtors, notifying and working through issues with store GM's.The management and control of trade credit applications and credit insurance for the stores.The store's payroll management and processing.The oversight of store HR compliance.The management and maintenance of store leases and assets (premises and plant & equipment).The management and maintenance of store insurances (PL, Business and Asset).The proactive management maintenance of key relationships both Internal and external.The preparation of annual Budgets and quarterly Forecasting. What you'll need to succeed Hold a suitable tertiary qualification.Be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of a multi-site company operation (distribution / manufacturing experience would be advantageous).Possess a good knowledge of the management and presentation of financial and statutory accounts.Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business month end procedures. Be methodical and analytical in your approach to your work.Be able to demonstrate IT proficiency.Have good interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborate attitude.Be customer centric with strong service orientation and professional communication skills.Have a bent towards attention to detail and a talent for problem-solving.Be able to manage and resolve conflicting demands to meet deadlines.Be able to work under pressure, and, to take/show initiative.Be a team player.
