About the role As a Management Accountant, you will analyse intricate financial data to provide strategic insights and ensure regulatory compliance. About the Operations team Bluerock Operations team supports our advisory divisions to make BlueRock employees' lives easier. What you'll be doing Preparation of monthly reporting packs with a high level of detail Analysing and identifying variances to budgets and trends in financial data Review and analyse team KPI reporting and dashboards Assist with balance sheets, business activity statements and cashflow Partner stakeholders to build meaningful budgets and forecasts that will help drive business results Utilise your financial analysis and modelling skills to identify and communicate trends, risks and insights to stakeholders and support informed decision making Support business divisions by providing adhoc analysis and financial information Mentor and support assistant accountants and bookkeepers Requirements We want to hear from people who have: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting team of a similar size. Tertiary educational qualification in accounting as well as being in the process of receiving your CA or CPA Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver important financial recommendations in a clear and concise manner to important stakeholders within the business.
