Maintenance Manager - Remote Northern Territory We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for this busy off the grid property located in Central Australia, Northern Territory.
The property caters to many tourists and day visitors and offers onsite accommodation, dining facilities, tours and camp ground facilities.
As the maintenance manager, you will oversee all aspects of the property's maintenance department in a hands-on capacity ensuring all equipment is operational to run the property. Being off grid, the property is powered by onsite generators and has its own water supply.
Working with an energetic small team under great management, you will work together to ensure the smooth running of the property. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance person who enjoys being 100% hands-on and enjoys variety in their role.

Immediate Start Minimum 12 Month Commitment Pay Details - Fulltime $90,000 Salary + tenure bonus payable after twelve months service FREE Accommodation & Meals Own air-conditioned room with own bathroom Pay Details - Casual Rates - Level 6 $37.05 per hour Monday-Friday $44.66 per hour Saturday $51.87 per hour Sunday $74.10 per hour Public Holiday Duties: Day to day management of all aspects of maintenance for the property answerable direct to the site manager Undertaking general onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance Maintenance with water bores and generators and sewer plants Unloading of trucks / General carting of stock General grounds duties around the property to ensure the property is well maintained at all times Basic plumbing, carpentry and mechanical work Maintain vehicles and onsite equipment Other duties associated with managing the maintenance of a remote property Ideal Candidate: 100% Hands on Must hold a current driver's license - Manual Ideally have or be able to obtain a Forklift License Previous experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration would be ideal Experience with power stations / generators / bores General handyman / bush repair skills knowledge across all areas Heavy Machinery Experience Must be physically fit and able to work in hot conditions Must be able to work as part of a team Additional Information: Optus & Telstra Mobile Coverage & WIFI Options available Basic supplies can be purchased onsite Regular flights and bus transfers are available Road access if self-driving How to Apply: If you are ready to start your remote adventure and feel you are the right candidate for this role, we would love to hear from you – please forward your resume to .
