A fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics and admin professional for a 6-month full-time contract Your new company Hays is partnered with a dedicated, long-standing and passionate global leader in the agricultural industry. With a multifaceted mission, they support and collaborate with farmers, alcohol crafters and food companies to create top quality products that are enjoyed by many. Your new role As the logistics support office, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that domestic and import logistics are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes: Complete all associated documents for each export shipment and domestic sale. Ensure timely delivery of export documents to customers and/or banks in line with KPIs. Maintain a filing system of all shipping documents, contracts, and relevant correspondence for each shipment. Generate RFP's & EDNs for each shipment. Approval and entering of incoming logistics invoices into SAP and Excel. Invoicing of By-product sales to customers. Liaise with Shipping Agents, DAFF and transport companies. Assist to liaise with packaging and freight companies, shipping companies and transport companies to accurately transfer information and solve any issues. Assist with accurate end of month reconciliations, maintenance of packing schedules for import and export. Provide general administrative duties including responding to emails in a timely manner, conformance to all relevant policies, procedures and relevant Acts and Legislation and undertaking any other duties as directed by the company. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a logistics support role, accounting support and/or office administration role. A proactive mindset and an ability to work efficiently within a team environment. Enjoy methodical, administrative tasks and duties and detail-oriented with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Sound experience in Excel, Word, Explorer, Outlook and SAP Ability to work as part of a team Experience working with shipping lines will be highly regarded What you'll get in return If you are successful in this position, you will receive an excellent opportunity to become part of a market-leading organisation for a 6 month, full-time contract, commencing immediately.
