The Role

• Provide authentic leadership to the logistics team, building their capability and fostering opportunities for growth.

Skills & Experience

• Degree or diploma qualification in relevant discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations within the FMCG context.
• Proven experience running continuous improvement programs, ideally within a Supply Chain environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading Logistics or Supply Chain teams and driving performance improvement.
• Experience in managing internal fleets and third-party logistics providers.
