We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.About the roleJanuary 2025 StartNV1 Security Clearance EssentialDrivers License and Forklift License requiredWe are seeking an energetic Logistics Co-ordinator with NV1 security clearance to provide asset storage and logistics coordination for the ACT region to support Deskside Support and Project Support works.You will receive an overview of hardware through its lifecycle from receiving to disposal. Other duties will include inventory management, performing stock take activities, and rationalising counts against the relevant management tools.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Loading and unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages.Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct hardware has been received.Thoroughly inspecting incoming hardware for any damages and discrepancies.Maintaining accurate records of all hardware received and dispatched.Contacting distributors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve any shipment or delivery issues.Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange hardware accordingly.Strategically storing hardware to ensure efficient use of storage space.Selecting appropriate envelopes, boxes, or pallets in which to pack hardware for shipping.Promptly picking and packing orders, which includes retrieving specified hardware from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labelling accordingly, and booking collections with logistics partners.Complying with safety regulations and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and other working areas.Completing reports by entering required information.Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Complying with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Requirements:AGSVA NV1 Security ClearanceUp to 3 years of similar Warehouse/Logistics experienceDrivers License and Forklift License (or willing to acquire).Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
