ABOUT THE ROLE Qube Energy is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the management and coordination of our Linehaul operations and project coordination, whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative and client requirements and ensuring synergies are aligned with other Qube transport operations. The role will also manage the utilisation of Qube Connect application for the freight operations in the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be based out of Qube Energy's Transport Yard at East Arm, NT.

Specific Responsibilities Undertake the co-ordination of all heavy vehicle and driver movements for the QE Linehaul service in the NT. Undertake the coordination of maintenance on all trucks and trailers, in conjunction with the QE Admin and Engineering team. Ensure vehicle and driver compliance of all HSE, Main roads including Qube policy and procedures. Prepare work/shift rosters for linehaul operations. Liaise with all subcontractors, ensuring compliance and scope awareness. Customer liaison for project and large long term operations. Ensure contracts are being serviced in accordance with their terms and conditions. Ensure submission of monthly, weekly and daily reporting. Monitor cartage dockets daily to ensure accuracy. Liaise with operations and HSE and issue Journey Management Plans for all tasks performed. Assist with toolbox meetings (held daily) with drivers/operators. Assist with the recruitment process of new drivers/operators. Utilisation of Qube Connect on a daily basis. Qualifications and Experience 2+ years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Capable of learning a variety of supply chain, planning and scheduling software. Experience working with contract management and past delivery through suppliers. Experience in Oil and Gas operations is preferred, but not required. Strong communications and networking skills. Willing to work in a process-driven organisation inclusive of problem-solving and continuous improvement. Focus on safety. Customer focused and responsive to customer requirements. Integrity.
