Your Role in Our Story The Logistics & Operations Manager leads the Technical Team in overseeing the critical functions of procurement, rostering, and fleet management, enabling seamless operations that support extraordinary guest experiences.
This role drives operational excellence by developing efficient processes that optimise resource allocation, improve compliance, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
By leveraging data-driven practices and fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Logistics & Operations Manager ensures that every walk is supported by effective planning, systems, and exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing Planning Function Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to develop a comprehensive workforce plan Oversee staff rosters to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative obligations Implement workforce scheduling strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation Procurement and Supply Management Develop a procurement plan that meets operational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness Oversee procurement systems for equipment and services, maintaining vendor relationships and negotiating contracts Fleet Management Function Enact and maintain a fleet management plan to ensure vehicle readiness, safety, and efficiency Maintain vendor relationships for timely servicing and repairs Reporting and Analysis Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies across all functions Provide senior management with updates on workforce supply, fleet status, procurement efficiency, and budget performance Minimum Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Operations Management or a similar role, with a strong track record in procurement, logistics, and workforce management Proven experience in implementing effective procurement policies across multiple locations or operational sites Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, particularly with a passion for Excel Strong communication and collaboration skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders Ability to think critically and analytically To apply for the Logistics & Operations Manager position, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
