What will you do?
Oversee the full accounts receivable process, including subscription-based billing administration.
Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure smooth account management.
Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving account queries and issues.
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, providing regular status reports.
Process customer refunds and cancellations efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to streamline operations and address any concerns.

Experience with the Zuora Subscription Billing Platform would be an advantage.
Experience with SalesForce software (or similar) will be advantageous.
