We also sell dairy ingredients to many of the world's leading food companies and partner with food services businesses across the country to get dairy foods into chefs' hands.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Liquids Inventory Officer to join our team, based at our manufacturing site in Spreyton, Tasmania.Reporting to the Finance Manager Tasmania, this highly varied and fast paced role will see you provide administrative and finance support to manufacturing plants through transacting, tracking and reconciling bulk liquid materials across the Tasmanian sites.As the Liquids Inventory Officer, you will also be responsible for providing financial and administration support to the sites as required focusing on inventory and manufacturing controls.You will also:Conduct daily collection and entry of data pertaining to Liquid movement into both Tasmanian sites, and between the sites.Liaise between various departments, vendors, and customers to ensure accuracy of liquid inventory.Perform weekly reconciliation of Liquid movement on site.Support the Finance Manager and Finance Analyst as required.About YouCritical to your success in this role will be your attention to detail, teamed with your ability to optimise work processes.You will have a customer centric focus and the proven ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.You may even be a recent Finance / Accounting graduate, looking to gain an entry level role, within a supportive and collaborative team.You will also have:Previous experience working in an Accounts, or administrative role that required high attention to detail and accuracy.Good numeracy, time management and organisational skills.Previous exposure to financial systems.
