Our team members all share the common purpose of supporting veterans and their family members.About the roleReporting to the Regional Manager, you will be located in our Veteran and Family Wellbeing Centre in Stuart Park. You will work within a passionate team and be responsible for supporting service delivery programs and activities and positive relationships to ensure more veterans and their families can access services to meet their individual needs. This is a full time, permanent position.Key accountabilities of the roleActively engage with our veterans and their families to ensure they receive high levels of supportive engagement when accessing our services.Design and implement social and community connection activities as part of our holistic approach to positive health outcomes.
