Reporting Directly To a Partner Who Specializes In Property And Conveyancing With Some Commercial Litigation Thrown In, You Will Get Exposure To a Wide Variety Of Tasks Including:
Answering the phone / screening calls / taking messages Meet and greet clients Printing and collating documents & File Management Putting together sale contracts and preparation of briefs under the instruction of the partner Knowledge of PEXA Conveyancing platform Word processing, dictation, and transcribing (up to 60% of the role) All general secretarial tasks Run errands and keep the office organised and tidy.

We are looking for someone with lots of energy who has great computer, customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
Ideally, you will have advanced computer skills using MS Office, an eye for detail, be willing to accept responsibility, and truly take ownership in this role,
where you will often be working unsupervised – so lots of initiative is essential.
Previous experience working in a legal firm is necessary and graduates of Business Certificate 3 or 4 in Business Administration, or Legal Studies
are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in Conveyancing would be ideal.
