Efficient confirmation of suitable matching properties using tools and market knowledge. Active engagement with serviced office providers, landlords, agents and developers to introduce requirements. Close oversight over deals via regular professional communication, primarily via phone. Networking to actively source new self-generated requirements. Building and nurturing professional relationships with a range of industry stakeholders. Experience Demonstrated success working in office leasing, including serviced offices. Extensive knowledge of the serviced office market in Melbourne/surrounds. An established network of providers, landlords, agents and developers. A track record working in a fast-paced and tech-savvy environment. Sharp commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem solving and customer service. Strong communication skills (written/verbal) complimenting your ability to forge relationships at all levels. A positive 'can do' attitude who loves an individual and team environment. Proactive and driven self-starter.
