As a member of the Learning and Organisational Development team, working closely with the Change and Transformation team, you will consult on and lead the strategic approach to learning for the Workday implementation.
This role will see you guide the development of learning strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Workday, enhancing operational excellence and improving patient outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience Experience in leading comprehensive learning solutions to support the implementation of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle, Success Factors or Kronos.Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development in large, complex organisations undergoing transformation.Experience in managing and executing end-to-end training lifecycle, including learning needs assessment, learning strategy and planning, designing curriculum, defining learning pathways, concept development, learning delivery and evaluation strategy.Ability to consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, demonstrating empathy and active listening, and co-creating tailored learning solutions that drive successful outcomes.Proven experience working in organisations where the workforce is not primarily desk-based or digitally connected, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges this presents for learning.Expertise in modern learning technologies and contemporary approaches to instructional design, ensuring innovative and effective learning experiences.Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, especially in challenging healthcare environments.Ability to partner with external vendors to co-create or source learning solutions that align with the project brief, ensuring quality control and alignment with organisational objectives.In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and experience with learning technologies, including LMS and digital platforms.Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe) to support workforce learning and technology use.Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g.
