As we finalise our new L&D strategy and launch key initiatives to build capability, we're looking for a Learning Project Officer to help us bring it all to life. This role is perfect for someone who's highly organised, great with people, and ready to make a real impact.
About the Role As the Learning Project Officer, you'll coordinate and support the delivery of impactful learning initiatives that build staff capability and align with our organisational goals. Whether you're managing a project timeline, collaborating with stakeholders, or co-designing practical learning tools, your focus will be on making things happen and keeping everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include: Managing learning project timelines and ensuring smooth delivery.Partnering with teams across the organisation to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives.Supporting facilitators and occasionally leading sessions yourself.Developing tools to assess program effectiveness and using feedback to improve future initiatives.Collaborating closely with the People and Culture and Work Health & Safety teams, as well as other internal subject matter experts.About You You don't need to be an expert in L&D to excel in this role—though experience in learning or HR is a bonus! If you're a strong project coordinator, we'll provide the support to help you succeed.
