This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of the Yarra community by delivering exceptional aquatic programs, including Learn to Swim, Squad, and school-based initiatives.
Working within a supportive and inclusive environment, this position is key to fostering a positive team culture and ensuring that the community enjoys safe, engaging, and high-quality aquatic services.The ideal candidate will have experience managing aquatic programs, building and mentoring large teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
Required qualifications include a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification, current CPR, and a Working with Children Check.
This role involves overseeing program scheduling, staff rostering, training, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
