As the MD Research Curriculum Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medical education by introducing innovative practices and fostering a culture of scholarly inquiry. Working within a collaborative team environment, you'll have the chance to influence the next generation of medical professionals and contribute to cutting-edge research initiatives. Join us in this exciting journey of discovery and development.Your responsibilities will include:Maintain oversight of research curriculum, ensuring quality and alignment across MD program.Lead coordination and delivery of Research Scholar pathway, fostering student development.Engage in ongoing innovation of curriculum, integrating scholarship and professional practice.Who We Are Looking ForYou excel in organisation, time management, and problem-solving, fostering effective relationships across diverse research and teaching networks.You will also have:A Tertiary education qualification and a research higher degree.Significant experience in medical education, curriculum delivery and co-ordination of curriculum.Experience of scholarly approaches to education – through evidence based educational innovation and/or continuous quality improvement based on evaluation data.Demonstrated leadership in scholarly, research and / or professional activities.For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the attached PD.This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
