Find your Better Way We are excited to offer a two-year opportunity for a Certificate III holder to take on an Apprentice position leading our Extended Kindergarten program at C&K Coorparoo and gaining your Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with the C&K College as you go, all funded by C&K.
Our goal is that at the end of your apprenticeship you will step into a permanent role as our Lead Educator.
As an apprentice with our team you will access special benefits such as: $1250 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to terms).

Help shape the future of children in our care In this role, you'll support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners in partnership with one of our skilled Educators across the extended Kindergarten program running each day from 1pm to 6:00pm and full days during term breaks.

What you'll bring You will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside proven experience as an Educator in a Kindergarten or Childcare setting.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards: A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113 or CHC30121 to meet eligibility requirements for entry in the Diploma qualification).
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
