We are searching for an experienced and passionate room leader to join an exceeding rated early years learning service in Cheltenham.

About the role We seek a decisive, experienced room leader for the 2-3 year-old room at a highly reputable early learning service.
The existing team is highly motivated and experienced and would love to welcome a room leader who shares their passion and energy.

This role will see you working at an exceeding early years learning service that has achieved 7/7 for multiple rounds of A&R.
The 60-place centre itself is meticulously designed with engaging indoor learning environments as well as large natural outdoor spaces, complete with tanbark and sandpits for each age group.

You also gain access to a staff retreat located just 30 seconds away from the centre.
The retreat has a library, full kitchen and lounge area, gym (including access to a Personal Trainer), and an entire level of learning resources at your disposal!
There are also separate office spaces for planning a world away from the children.

About you Experience leading a team of educators in a long daycare setting A completed ACECQA-approved Early Childhood related Diploma (or above) Sound knowledge of the NQF, including the VEYLDF, EYLF and NQS.
A confident and articulate communicator who is team-oriented.
Excellent programming and observation skills Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm Apply today, and you will not be disappointed.
