About the roleWe have an exciting full-time opportunity in our defendant Medical Negligence team for a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
The successful candidate will work with two highly regarded Partners who are recognised for their expertise by Doyles Guide, Best Lawyers and the Legal 500.
Representing a variety of doctors and health institutions, the work covers a wide range of medical defence work including civil liability, intentional torts, disciplinary, coronial and hospital inquiries.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will be an admitted Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, with experience in defendant medical negligence or civil litigation.

To compliment your strong legal skills, you will be someone who works well both in a team and autonomously.
In addition to outstanding written and verbal communication, you will be someone who enjoys problem solving, and demonstrates sound judgement and strong file management and organisational skills.
