We are now seeking an experienced Lawyer / Associate to join our public liability personal injury space. This role is now available for a proactive, passionate and results driven Lawyer who specialises in plaintiff public liability. You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally which will see you managing your own files. We are also open to discussions regarding flexible work.Our public liability lawyers assist clients for many injuries incurred that result because another party has breached their duty of care. Some may include: slips and trips on public or private property; unsafe premises (such as balconies, stairs or walking surfaces); dog or animal attacks; physical assaults; defective products (or services); Sporting accidents (including recreational and adventure activities); injuries on private property including rental properties or health and fitness injuries (such as massage or personal training).In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.
