THE OPPORTUNITYReporting to the Head Chef as the Chef at Settlers Tavern, you are responsible for but not limited to:
Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations Wage management, stocktake and GP monitoring
