Landscape Gardeners and Irrigation Technician (FIFO or Residential) Environmental Industries – Port Hedland WA

Environmental Industries is seeking skilled and experienced Landscape Gardeners and an Irrigation Technician to work within our maintenance division out at our Port Hedland depot looking after the Marina and Public Open Spaces. The successful candidates will have the option of either working a 2/1 FIFO roster (ex Perth) or be based permanently in Port Hedland. Shared accommodation with a pool is provided in Port Hedland free of charge. To be successful, you will need to be self-motivated to get the job done and achieve a high standard of quality workmanship. You will be fully supported through contact with the Area Manager.
The Positions Key Duties will include:
Gardening and general grounds keeping Minor Irrigation repairs and providing support to the Irrigation Technician Mowing and edging Weeding, raking and pruning Applying pesticides and fertilizer Other duties as required Skills and Experience Several years' experience in a similar role Irrigation experience preferred Ability to work autonomously Cert III Horticulture - highly regarded but not essential Pest Management (Spray) Ticket – preferred but not essential National Police Clearance White/Blue Card - essential Irrigation Technician Responsibilities Key Duties will include:
