L2 Service Desk Technician – Managed Service Provider Location: Canberra, ACT We are seeking an experienced L2 Service Desk Technician to join our client who are a Managed Service Provider in Canberra.
This role focuses on providing exceptional IT and network support to their customers, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support to clients across IT and network systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain network infrastructure.Utilize CCNA-level knowledge to assist with networking-related problems.Ensure timely and effective customer support for all technical queries and issues.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar L2 support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment.Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.CCNA knowledge (mandatory) with a good grasp of networking concepts.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer support.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Australian Citizenship is required & eligible to go through a Baseline ClearanceWhat's on Offer: A dynamic work environment with a growing Managed Service Provider.Opportunity to work with diverse IT systems and expand your technical expertise.Competitive salary package and ongoing professional development opportunities.If you are a dedicated L2 Support Technician with a passion for IT and network support, we'd love to hear from you!
