Your Responsibilities Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards. Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use. Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean. Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming. Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations are seamless before and after service. Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management. Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and food safety standards (HACCP). Food Safety certification.
