You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team at Bay Village Karratha. All applicants must be living near to Karratha to be considered for the role. THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Site Manager, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environmentConduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned worksActively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlinesPrioritise and attend to urgent requestsProvide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice. THE PERSON Hold an Electrical Trade Certificate & Current WA Electrical Unrestricted LicenceCurrent Australian Drivers LicenceCurrent CPR + LVR, First AidWell versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulationsA solid understanding of LV, generator control system, UPS systems, BMS and energy management.
