Responsibilities:Assist in creating project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure the project progresses on time.Help monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial constraints.Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to keep everyone informed about project updates.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and progress reports.Ensure that construction work meets established quality standards and complies with design specifications.Visit construction sites to oversee daily operations, address issues, and monitor progress.Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address problems as they arise.Assist in sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of resources.Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.Work closely with senior project managers by providing updates, insights, and administrative support to drive project success.Qualifications/Attributes:Must hold a Diploma of Business or Management or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.Must have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.Must be an analytical thinker.Must be initiative.Must have a positive approach to change.Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 p.a.
