Junior Business Analyst

THE ROLE As the Junior Business Analyst, you will support the project team in delivering the solution to the business in line with the business case and project management plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the preparation of detailed specifications of how existing content will be organised, cleansed, and migrated to SharePoint. Support the creation of test scripts in JIRA. Conduct testing. Support business stakeholders to review and cleanse their existing documents so that they are ready to be transitioned to the new system. Support the development of training artefacts to assist business stakeholders in becoming familiar with new processes to author, manage, and publish new or changed documents. Conduct post-migration testing and provide support for business stakeholders to resolve issues experienced as part of the go-live. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Recent graduate from an Australian University with relevant Business Analyst qualifications. Demonstrates the ability to lead and achieve alignment amongst stakeholders from diverse areas of the organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be a team player, able to work independently. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
