About the teamOur Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that supports Coles Group. About the roleDirectly reporting to our Delivery Manager, this position is embedded in the Identity and Access Managed team. A highly sought-after opportunity for a seasoned Iteration Manager to join our team, providing support to our Cyber Security and Identity and Access Management squads, with facilitating all Agile rituals, identifying and resolving hurdles, and coaching scrum/agile principles.
You can expect to:
Lead delivery backlog and cross team delivery.Coach delivery squads through the delivery pipeline in line with Coles technology initiatives.Help the team to make their work transparent, including conversations with stakeholders as changes and issues arise, iteration reporting and showcases to stakeholders.Facilitate and lead Agile inception/planning workshops.Backlog grooming and feature elaboration.Setup and facilitate workshops to align technology and business teams.Setup Agile practices and ceremonies across complex systems of works.Ensure alignment against Agile best practice whilst driving business outcomes.Cross project dependency management and co-ordination. About youAs part of your toolkit, you will have:
