About the Role We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our friendly, busy, and dynamic in a full-time capacity. You will be the first point of contact for our ICT Service Desk, providing efficient and targeted Level 1 support to our diverse staff teams within the agreed SLA timeframes particularly on Microsoft 365. Your days will be varied and interesting, responding to ticketed queries, phone calls, walk-ups who are seeking assistance to resolve their technical issues. To be successful in this role you will need: Experience desirable in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk and Desktop Support Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels across the organisation. Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail, which includes excellent communication and written skills. Work independently and productively within a small team. A strong team spirit and professional work ethic Ability to multitask with strong time management and organisational skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated passion for IT. Love problem-solving and troubleshooting technical problems in a fast past environment. Have an eagerness to learn, a high level of initiative, and proactive nature.
