Culture and Benefits Salary $160K - $180K Package Working from home working arrangements Opportunities to successfully make strides in your career About the Role In this technical IT SOX Controls Specialist position, you will be responsible for executing and managing IT's SOX compliance. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will see yourself carrying over your knowledge and skill to own control designs, testing, deficiency evaluation and improvement across various IT processes. Along with the below: Duties: Operate closely and in conjunction with the IT department to identify areas of risk and control along with corporate governance Collaborate with senior management to develop action plans in response to risks identified in risk assessments Network with internal & external auditors as a representative of the IT department to provide quality assurance of all IT controls through design walkthroughs, testing and adhering to company SOX methodology Proactively identify, plan and execute all phases of IT SOX assurance Liaise and work with several departments in the organisation such as Finance, Senior Management and others to ensure SOX deadlines are met Develop strong relationships with IT stakeholders and others to ensure findings and recommendations are agreed and monitor implementation of recommendations Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications & professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA) Proven experience within IT compliance, SOX testing, auditing (both internal & external) as well as internal control measures & risk management Strong stakeholder management experience across various functions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Background within IT Frameworks, Governance & Controls Apply If you are ready to further your career and be part of a successful and growing business which will allow you to enhance your career, then please APPLY NOW!
