This is your invitation to rise above the possible.Job posting end date: 01/19/2025We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager within the Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Sales Support Team to take part in the exciting journey of building a Tier 1 company to the successful growth of building value-adding solutions for our customers.This position is mainly located in Finland or Australia, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.Team you belong toReporting to the VP, Service Solutions - Sales, your main responsibility is to drive and support the Market Areas to build profitable growth for complex, cross-Business Areas (BAs)/Business Lines (BLs) and Lifecycle Solutions (LCS) sales.
You will work with Market Areas to build a strong funnel, and prioritise and win cases in accordance with BA/BL requirements.Our ideal candidate is a hungry and passionate individual who is resilient, 'hands-on' and takes ownership.
You will independently and collaboratively work to solve commercial challenges.
You will have a clear and sound judgement which will allow for a focus on providing pragmatic solutions using data to support your decision making.Quantifying value and packaging solutions to make them more compelling is in your DNA, prioritizing cases to invest the sales efforts in, and engineering winning deals are some of the key responsibilities, in which you will excel by coaching and supporting the relevant Market Area Sales Team.What you'll doDrive and support the Market Areas to build profitable growth for complex, cross-BA/BL and Lifecycle Solutions (LCS) salesWork with Market Areas to build a strong funnelPrioritize and win cases in accordance with BA/BL requirementsCoaching and supporting the relevant Market Area Sales TeamDevelop life-cycle services opportunities and long-term agreements during capex sales and project delivery phaseEnsure timely progress of the case of the sales from lead to proposal and negotiationsSupport the warranty process and resolution as requiredWho you areB.Sc.
or M.Sc.
