As part of our dynamic CCD Team, you'll report directly to the Head of CCD Capability. In this role, you'll be instrumental in programming and delivering internal communications to both engage our team members and provide the information and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles.  Day to day, your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Optimising our team communications channels (SharePoint intraportal site and weekly e-newsletter). Partnering with a broad range of stakeholders in the development of content, then strategically planning flighting to manage priorities vs volume peaks. Creating and executing the CCD Team Communications and Engagement Plan. Developing internal content, such as monthly talent profiles and customer experience stories. Supporting the embedding of key capability initiatives. Assessing content performance, then providing recommendations for improvement and action. Attributes we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has a passion for writing and loves to plan. They can simplify the complex, deliver clear messages and collaborate effectively across teams. With a curious mindset, they engage and lead by understanding and responding to their audiences needs. Do you possess exceptional copywriting and content creation skills across a broad spectrum of topics? Do you have a knack for content programming and effectively managing diverse stakeholder priorities? Are you skilled at growing engagement through digital communication channels and adept at understanding and responding to audience needs? Can you deliver results by engaging, motivating, and influencing others? Experience with website architecture and/or UX practices would be a valuable asset in this position.
