About the roleWe are currently seeking an Interface Coordinator to join us on the Eastern Freeway – Burke to Tram Alliance.In this role you will support the Interface Manager in coordinating the interface with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are consulted appropriately throughout the life of the project. Key responsibilities Assist and / or Lead the resolution of issues that arise with key stakeholders to ensure impacts to key project deliverables are being minimisedWork closely with various Alliance departments, including the design and construction teams, to ensure stakeholder interface issues and risks are being proactively identified and managed;Assist the Stakeholder Interface Manager in ensuring stakeholder interfaces are managed in a timely manner, consistent with the overall project program and budget;Stakeholder management support for councils, various networks, adjacent interfacing government projects, Department of Transport and PlanningAssist the Stakeholder Interface Manager in ensuring stakeholder interface requirements and milestones are clearly communicated to the project team, including external stakeholders, direct stakeholders and relevant parties;Assist the Stakeholder Interface Manager in maintaining processes to ensure stakeholders are appropriately consulted throughout the life of the project;Work closely with Alliance departments, including design and construction teams to identify and notify of possible stakeholder interface issues and risks that have the potential to impact project key deliverables, whilst ensuring best for project outcomes are being reached;Participate in and minute Stakeholder Interface meetings, provide key information and inputs as required, and ensure actions arising from the meeting are being followed through;Maintain detailed records of third party interface interactions and produce regular progress reports for internal and external distribution;Prepare periodical reporting and documentation required to inform relevant stakeholders of key project information; andMaintain a high level of integration with relevant Alliance departments and personnel to promote proactive identification of issues and flow of information. About you More than 5 years' experience in an Interface or Stakeholder Engagement role, managing key relationships and deliverablesExperience in an interface role for a major infrastructure, road or rail project preferred but not essentialStrong communicator both written and verbal, with the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholdersDemonstrated ability of proactively identifying and resolving stakeholder interface issuesStakeholder management experience of various bodies eg.
