The Department of Regional NSW's (DRNSW) Corporate ICT Team are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to assist the ICT Business Partners with managing customer and supplier relationships to ensure the ICT function and value provided by internal and external ICT service providers is realised. DRNSW is incredibly diverse and covers the state of NSW. About the role Are you a friendly, customer service orientated person? Are you looking to expand your skills and networks across Regional NSW? In this role, you will: Work with an ICT Business Partner to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders Ensure service delivery meets business objectives and targets Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders on ICT initiatives and processes Model the highest standards of ethical behaviour, confidentiality and discretion is key.
