You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This is a Monday to Friday role, working day shifts. Duties may include but are not limited to:Conduct patrols of the premises, including parking areasLock and unlock the building, and ensure visitors have signed outEnforce procedural rules and regulationsEnsure the safety of staff, visitors, clients and propertyMonitor CCTV, control room duties and access controlMaintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systemsRespond professionally,courteously and promptly to all customer enquiriesSkills & ExperienceCurrent QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functionsCertificate II (or higher) in Security OperationsQLD drivers' licenceCurrent First Aid and CPRCustomer service experienceAbility to respond to customer/public enquiresIntermediate level of Computer skillsIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
