You have steered teams in the face of change with your visionary approach and business sense which results in improving how everyone across the business works across Clinical Trials and Research projects.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing annual strategic plans, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement whilst ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to regulations, plus driving innovation.
This is a large team to manage, with the likes of Project Management, Clinical Operations, and the Biometrics functional areas coming under your remit. Your leadership style and what you can bring to the table will determine your success in this role.
