As an HR Business Partner, you will work across all levels—strategic, operational, and tactical; helping departmental heads make great decisions throughout the employee journey. You'll play a key role in building strong teams and fostering the NTMEC culture.
Key Duties And Responsibilities Development of onboarding, HR Policies and succession planning. Support the review and development of HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring HR practices comply with national regulations and industry standards. Build activities to boost engagement and retention. Provide advice and coaching on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management. Support managers in employee development and performance. Contribute to strategic planning and help implement key HR projects. Oversee and coordinate planning of Organisation team days. Stay updated with the latest HR trends. Selection Criteria A Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, human resource management, or a related discipline. Experience in strategic and operational business partnering in a similar industry. A solid understanding of ER/IR legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Excellent organisation skills to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a positive team culture. Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours including public holidays and weekends as and when required to support events delivery.
