About the Role As the sole HR Advisor, your focus will be delivering Human Resources support to employees, managers, and leadership. This role offers significant autonomy within the HR function, providing an opportunity to delve into the nuances of a distinctive industry. Joining a culturally diverse company, your input will be crucial in fostering the continuous growth of the business. Duties & Responsibilities Provide detailed advice to management and employees on HR-related issues including procedures, legislation, and compliance with the Enterprise Agreement Coordination of the employee's tenure, from their induction and job transitions to their departure from the organisation Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement initiatives identified in the Employee Engagement Survey, with a focus on promoting employee engagement and wellbeing Provide support with the end to end recruitment process, including writing job advertisements, screening, interviewing and reference checking Complete the busy day to day HR administration requirements Support the training and development process Maintain, develop and improve HR policies & procedures Ensure that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively Skills & Experience required Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is essential 2 years of HR experience within Australia is required You are known for being warm and engaging and working with a wide range of people and personalities excites you You have a high degree of attention to detail and a solution-focused style The ability to build strong relationships with all employees, managers, and leaders within the business Benefits & Culture Collaboratively work as part of a diverse company in an exciting industry Lots of opportunity to be innovative once you have learnt the basics of this large family business Flexibility with start and finish times Work in a well-established and thriving organisation Convenient CBD location close to public transport Use your experience to make a significant difference in the culture of the business About the Company Everick Heritage is an industry-leading family-run cultural heritage company has built a reputation for quality and professional integrity.
