This is a permanent role and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HSE advice, monitoring and promoting incident reporting, and supporting injury management.About this role The HSE Advisor will be responsible for providing professional advice on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters. The successful candidate will be required to monitor and promote incident reporting, investigate incidents, provide feedback on corrective actions, develop HSE plans and procedures, support injury management processes, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will be required to interact with a range of stakeholders including management, employees and external agencies. They must also have strong problem-solving skills in order to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace. What you need to bring:Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related fieldProven experience working as an HSE Advisor or similar roleStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamKnowledge of relevant legislationWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
