This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings as we are now seeking an experienced and service focused HRIS Administrator to join our HR Systems team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate HR data, providing system support and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Reporting to the HRIS & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing the HR Systems inbox, investigating issues, implementing fixes and responding as required. Providing HR system support to the Human Resources and wider teams. Supporting the HRIS Officer in performing data quality audits and data fixes. Maintaining accurate records within all HR systems. Assisting in the production of reports for internal and external stakeholders. Analysing the HR Systems for continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
