About the Role The HR Officer role contributes to our HR team and is a key business support unit that works closely and collaboratively with our global assets.
You will be responsible for: Providing HR generalist support to the Beijing and Shanghai offices, working in partnership with Group HR and the major shareholder to implement effective HR support that is suitable to meet business needs. As an HR Officer, this role understands and supports the operating model and provides valuable, practical HR advice in line with MMG's People Policies, Standards, Code of Conduct, and applicable legislation.
