What does the job look like?The Retail Group at Linfox is looking to recruit a Human Resources Coordinator to work across our Truganina RDC and Somerton NDC and play a key role in supporting our HR Advisory team with the day-to-day administration activities.This is a permanent full-time role supporting our operational blue-collar employees within a productive and efficient environment.If you're an aspiring HR professional with a passion for coordinating engagement initiatives, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.Key areas: End-to-end coordination of key employment engagement initiatives such as Reward and Recognition programmes.Coordinate the yearly calendar of engagement activities and seasonal festivities.Preparation of welcome packs for new starters and be the custodian of the overall onboarding experience for new team members.Prepare, record, and monitor employee data such as absenteeism, punctuality, and annual leave.Support managers with materials relating to time and attendance and employee performance management.Support the HR Advisory team in drafting letters and providing data to support internal conversations.Update and maintain employee records according to internal standards.Are you the one?You have a degree qualification in Human Resources and at least a year experience working in an entry level HR role.With a high level of passion, enthusiasm, attention to detail and a desire to grow your skillset, you can demonstrate:You can demonstrate: Degree qualification in Human Resources.1-2 years' experience in a Human Resource administration or coordinator role.Experience delivering employment engagement initiatives or programmes within large corporate environment.Drivers' license and ability to access worksites by car.Experience working within blue-collar environment (highly advantageous).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with Microsoft Suite products, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience working with HRIS systems (highly advantageous).
