Our team in Melbourne currently has an opening for a HR Advisor YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESThe HR Advisor at Brenntag ANZ plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between HR administration and strategic HR initiatives.
This role acts as a proactive HR partner, attending to key HR processes, and offering support to the business to support the alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
Collaborate with business units to understand their HR needs and assist in formulating HR solutions.Participate in strategic planning to support the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.Participate in implementation of key HR initiatives as required.Provide advice and support to managers and employees on ER related issues including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations.Support Line Managers in PPM/IDP processes.Develop Training needs analysis in collaboration with Line Managers and source appropriate learning and development programs to support business needs.Participate in local/regional projects as required, including M&A, and Organizational design and transformation to ensure objectives are met and are completed on time.HRIS (Workday) country champion, administration and report generation as required.Support business with end-to-end activities in line with the employee lifecycle and document management.Oversee the maintenance of accurate HR records and ensure timely updates.Support the optimization and implementation of HR systems and tools for better efficiency.Assist with workforce planning and succession planning.Support business with recruitment activities, including regional TA center of excellence.Assist with HR practices improvement to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.Assist in the review and development of company HR policies and procedures.Keep abreast of the latest trends in HR, suggesting and implementing best practices in the organization.YOUR PROFILEHR degree or related business Qualification.Experience in globally matrixed and complex environments.Strong understanding in ANZ employment law landscape and best practice.Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships.Experience in dealing with complex employee relations matters.Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.INTERESTED?We look forward to receiving your application.
