Job Description
This role is a Part Time Fixed Term 6-month contract with the possibility to extend. We are looking for a Handyperson who enjoys completing a variety of tasks each day. This role requires you to maintain the building and ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all guests, visitors and colleagues.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for:
Undertaking general repairs and maintenance as well as preventative maintenance throughout the Hotel. Complete daily plant rounds and servicing of plant and general equipment as directed. Ensure all equipment is maintained, used, and stored correctly. Carry out maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the Property management System (PMS). Assist in keeping up-to-date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment. Qualifications

The drive to work hard and get your hands dirty The ability to work both unsupervised and in a team environment. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
